What is your return policy?

While we take great care and pride in printing your book, we are human and on very rare occasions, there can be a manufacturing defect or books can be damaged during the shipping process. If this happens, we will gladly replace the books for you. Of course, we can't be responsible for any typos, or grammatical errors that you may find after the book is printed. If you find any defects or shipping damages, you must report them within 10 calendar days after you have received the books.

What are your payment terms?

We require a 100% payment up front before we start your book printing. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

Do you offer copyright services?

No, we do not offer copyright services, but you can check with www.copyright.gov for copyright information. You can also contact an attorney about copyright laws.

Who owns the rights to my book?

You will always own the rights to your book. We are strictly a book printing manufacturer. Many companies will charge large fees for layout, marketing services, etc. and then offer the author royalties, or discounted book printing prices. We find this practice unethical, since you wrote your book, you should own the rights to your material. Be careful of these companies that promise book sales. Remember you will be the best salesperson for your book, especially since you have put your heart and soul into it. 

What is an ISBN Barcode?

The International Standard Book Number (ISBN) is a 13-digit number that uniquely identifies books and book-like products published internationally. You only need an ISBN number if you plan on selling your books in a bookstore.

 

What is typesetting?

Typesetting is the step your book goes through between Microsoft Word file and printed book. It’s the layout step, the interior design. Typesetting is where you choose and create the look of your book’s innards.
