Repairs are done on a first-come, first-served basis. Out of warranty repairs are covered under a minimum 30-day parts and labor guarantee, or as specified by the manufacturer.  HLS recommends regular data backup and assumes no responsibility for lost data. Please be advised that software issues are not covered under manufacturer's warranty, nor under any maintenance contracts. For any software issues that require reinstallation, including operating system software, the customer must provide or purchase appropriate licensed software.

Our rates are as follows:

*Inspection fee is included in repair cost; charged separately only when no repair is authorized.
